SPINACH & CHEESE FILLING 
 
(tubes of egg pasta filled with ricotta cheese & spinach filling) 
Ingredients 
Spinach & ricotta filling (65%)(full fat soft cheese [cream cheese curd (MILK), water, MILK proteins, salt], ricotta cheese (20%)(MILK), spinach (8%), water, rusk [WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), water,salt], rapeseed oil, salt, modified maize starch, onion powder, nutmeg, garlic powder, black pepper). Spinach and EGG pasta (35%)(durum WHEAT semolina, water, EGG (3%), spinach powder (1%) ). 
Cooking Instructions 
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN. OVEN BAKE @ 180°c FOR 25-30 MINUTES, SERVING SUGGESTION: COVER CANNELLONI IN A TOMATO OR CHEESE BASED SAUCE, (BAKE AS ABOVE). 
STORE AT -18°c OR BELOW. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER THAWING.
