Ingredients 
potato (30%), water,cream (MILK)(13%), scallops (MOLLUSCS)(7%), plaice (FISH) (5%) prawns (CRUSTACEANS) (5%), salmon (FISH)(5%), cheddar cheese (MILK)(5%), butter (MILK)(5%), white wine (4%) [contains SULPHITES], onions, modified waxy maize starch, WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), vegetable bouillon [sea salt, potato starch, yeast extract, palm oil, maltodextrin, CELERY, onion, sugar, herbs, spices], garlic puree, salt, MUSTARD powder, white pepper, dill, paprika. 
Cooking Instructions 
GUIDELINES: FROM FROZEN, REMOVE ALL PACKAGING, PLACE ON A BAKING TRAY IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 210°c FOR APPROX 35-40 MINS OR UNTIL GOLDEN. ALL COOKING APPLIANCES VARY IN PERFORMANCE, CHECK PRODUCT IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT BEFORE SERVING. 
STORE AT -18°c OR BELOW. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.
