BBQ sauce (8%) [water, sugar, molasses, vinegar, tomato paste, modified maize starch, salt, smoke flavour, natural onion flavour, colour (natural caramel), spices (chilli pepper, MUSTARD, cloves, oregano, cumin seed), preservative (potassium sorbate)]. BBQ glaze (2%) [sugar, cornstarch, salt, tomato powder, dextrose, smoke flavouring yeast extract, modified starch, colour; paprika extract, citric acid, burnt sugar syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, malic acid].
Cooking Instructions
FROM FROZEN, OVEN: PREHEAT OVEN (200°c FAN) (220°c REG), REMOVE ALL PACKAGING PLACE RIBS ON BAKING TRAY LINED WITH FOIL AND PUT ON MIDDLE SHELF OF OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES.
MICROWAVE: PIERCE POUCH SEVERAL TIMES AND MICROWAVE AT FULL POWER 900W FOR 8 MINUTES, LEAVE TO STAND FOR 1 MINUTE BEFORE REMOVING POUCH AND SERVING.
BBQ/GRILL - FOR A CRISP AUTHENTIC FINISH, REMOVE RIBS FROM POUCH AFTER MICROWAVING, TRANSFER RIBS TO BBQ/GRILL AND COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR FURTHER 4 MINUTES TURNING REGULARLY.
