Cooking Instructions
DEFROST, OVEN BAKE , PLACE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 200°c FOR 20-25 MINUTES. CAN BE GRILLED OR SHALLOW FRIED.
STORE AT -18°c OR BELOW. ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE
