LAMB 
marinade-WHEAT flour (contains; calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), salt, acidity regulator (sodium diacetate, dried rubbed mint (3.65%), flavour enhancer (E621), tomato powder, flavour, hydrolysed vegetable protein, SOYA, maize,colour (E150d), salt, maltodextrin, flavour enhancer (E621), modified maize starch, malic acid, paprika extract, anti caking agent (silicon dioxide), garden mint flavour (0.05%). 
Cooking Instructions 
DEFROST, OVEN BAKE , PLACE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 200°c FOR 20-25 MINUTES. CAN BE GRILLED OR SHALLOW FRIED. 
STORE AT -18°c OR BELOW. ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE
