THIS IS A RAW PRODUCT AND MUST BE COOKED THROUGHOUT TO A MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 75oC FOR 30 SECONDS OR EQUIVALENT
OVEN BAKE at 180°c FOR 10-15 MINUTES, SEASON TO TASTE.
PAN FRY/GRILL 4-5 MINUTES, MODERATE HEAT, TURNING OCCASIONALLY
STORE AT -18°c OR BELOW. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER THAWING.
