DUCK LEG LIGHTLY SEASONED & SLOW COOKED IN DUCK FAT.
(Produced in France. These Moulard duck legs have a rich, gamey taste and have been slow cooked until moist and tender)

Duck leg (93%) [duck, water, salt, flavouring (salt, black pepper flavouring)], duck fat.
Cooking Instructions
FROM FROZEN-OVEN: REMOVE FROM PLASTIC POUCH AND PLACE ON A BAKING TRAY IN CENTRE OF PRE-HEATED FAN OVEN AT 200°c FOR APPROX 15-20 MINUTES.
BOIL IN BAG: PLACE POUCH INTO BOILING WATER, BRING BACK TO BOIL & SIMMER FOR APPROX 20-25 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM POUCH PLACE UNDER MEDIUM GRILL FOR APPROX 3-4 MINUTES UNTIL SKIN IS GOLDEN IF REQUIRED.
STORE AT -18°c ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE
