Crispy Duck Rolls 

80 CRISPY DUCK SPRING ROLLS WITH SWEET & SOUR SAUCE 
Ingredients 
pastry (WHEAT flour, water, palm oil, salt), shredded duck (20%),onion, spring onion (16%), 
hoisin sauce (8%)(palm oil, SOY sauce, sugar, yellow beans, dark SOY sauce [molasses, sugar, brown sugar, SOY sauce (soybean, WHEAT flour, salt, sugar, water)], SOY bean curd [soybean, water, red yeast rice (monascus purpureus), sugar,salt], rice wine, vinegar, garlic, modified tapioca starch, SESAME oil, five spice, pepper), tapioca flour, garlic, SESAME oil, palm oil. 
Sweet & Sour sauce-sugar (40%), tomato paste, chilli (1.5%), vinegar (15%), water. 
Cooking Instructions 
FROM FROZEN, PRE HEAT OVEN 200°c, REMOVE ALL PACKAGING FROM DUCK ROLLS AND PLACE ON A WIRE RACK ON TOP OF A BAKING TRAY AND COOK ON TOP SHELF FOR 15-17 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISPY.  
OR DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL 170°c FOR 3-4 MINUTES. 
SAUCE-EMPTY CONTENTS OF SACHET INTO A BOWL AND ALLOW TO DEFROST. 
STORE AT -18°c OR BELOW. ONCE THAWED DO NOT RE FREEZE
