6 Roasted half Ducks, seasoned and deboned, with 6 packs of pancakes
Ingredients
Ingrediants-Duck, Sugar, Salt, Minced Garlic, Minced Ginger, Cloves, Star Anise Powder, Chinese Five Spice, Distilled Vinegar.
Every effort has been made to debone duck but some traces may remain.
Cooking Instructions
COOKING GUIDE-DEFROST DUCK IN REFRIGERATOR, REMOVE OUTER BAG AND CLEAR PLASTIC SHEET FROM BETWEEN DUCK HALVES. PREHEAT OVEN TO 200oC, PLACE EACH DUCK HALF ON A BAKING TRAY AND HEAT FOR 30-35 MINUTES UNTIL DUCK IS GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISPY.
ENSURE DUCK IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT, DO NOT REHEAT AGAIN.
PANCAKES
Ingredients
Pancakes- WHEAT flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Water, Rapeseed Oil and Salt.

Cooking Instructions
COOKING GUIDE- DEFROST AND STEAM FOR 5-6 MINUTES OR PLACE WRAPPED PANCAKES IN MICROWAVE FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 SECONDS.
STORE AT -18oC OR BELOW ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE
