Approximately 72 individual choux pastry balls filled with dairy cream, with portions of delicious chocolate sauce.
Ingredients
Profiteroles (75%), contain-cream (70%) (MILK), pasteurised liquid whole EGG, WHEAT flour, palm oil, salt, stabiliser; xantham gum.
Chocolate sauce(25%), contains-water, sugar,chocolate (15%) (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier; ammonium phosphatide,flavouring), cocoa powder, cream (MILK), glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier; mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabiliser; carrageenan.
Serving Instructions
THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 1 HOUR OR 3 HOURS IN FRIDGE
PLACE CHOCOLATE SACHET IN HOT WATER FOR 4 MINUTES (USE WITHIN 24 HOURS).
STORE AT -18°c OR BELOW. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER THAWING.
