Yellowfin sole (FISH)(40%), coating (fortified wheat flour) WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine, rapeseed oil, water, yeast, salt, sauce (contains; reconstituted skimmed milk (MILK), cheddar cheese (MILK)[2.2%], prawns [1.7%] (CRUSTACEANS) ,modified maize starch, salt, onion powder, sugar, stabilisers: xantham gum, guar gum, flavourings, parsley, pepper,  
colour;beta carotene). 
Cooking Instructions 
FROM FROZEN: PREHEAT OVEN TO 220°c  
BAKE FOR APPROX 18-20 MINS 
STORE AT -18°c OR BELOW. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER THAWING.
